Do you offer CPD-accredited communication courses?

Yes. Online modules and coaching have been accredited by ACRRM and AMA cpdhome. Courses are designed to be practical, evidence-based, and relevant to professional practice. The online modules are a minimum of one hour to allow for easy alignment for CPD points.

What type of coaching do you offer?

There are two coaching offerings available. Individual Communication Development involves single coaching sessions that include discussing your experiences, identify causes of challenges, and providing solutions. Personalised Review of Communication in Clinical Practice is specifically designed for those in healthcare and involves creation of a bespoke coaching program, with direct observation and expert analysis of communication behaviours and personalised training materials to support development delivered across several sessions.
