Refunds Notice for Bedside Manners Training Courses

At Bedside Manners we are committed to providing high-quality training and a transparent, fair refund process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read our refunds policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses accessed through our Thinkific platform, https://bedsidemanners.thinkific.com/.

Refund Eligibility

  • Cooling-Off Period: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it in writing within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or commenced any course material.

  • Accessed Content: If you have accessed any part of the course (including viewing lessons, downloading materials, or participating in assessments), refunds will generally not be provided, except where required by the ACL.

  • Australian Consumer Law: We will provide a refund, repair, or replacement if the course is not delivered as described, is faulty, or is otherwise required by law.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Requests for refunds outside of the above may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us with supporting documentation if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

How to Request a Refund

  • Please include your full name, email address used for enrolment, course name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after the 7-day cooling-off period or if course materials have been accessed, except as required by law.

  • No refunds will be given for partial completion or non-completion of the course.

Course Cancellations

  • If Bedside Manners cancels a course for any reason and you are unable to access the material, you will receive a full refund.
